Leveraging user insights and market analysis, you’ll define user journeys, shape go-to-market plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product adoption, user engagement, and business growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies in partnership with product, sales, and marketing leadership.
  • User Research & InsightsLead research initiatives to gather actionable user insights and inform marketing and product decisions.
  • Go-to-Market PlanningCreate and implement go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy.
  • Lifecycle & Engagement MarketingDefine user journeys and engagement strategies to drive activation, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Campaign & Program ManagementManage medium-to-large scale marketing campaigns and evaluate performance metrics for optimization.
  • Cross-functional CollaborationServe as a strategic partner to internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Stakeholder ManagementInfluence and communicate with senior stakeholders; manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Team Leadership & MentorshipMentor junior team members, promote an inclusive work environment, and model Google’s core values.
  • Brand Integrity & CommunicationEnsure all marketing efforts align with Google’s brand standards and voice.
