Junior Trainee Accountant (AAT Level 2+) - Property Accounts : Job Details

This is a junior starting position and likely to be your first such office job, so a standard CV does a very poor job of differentiating great people from just average candidates.

Accordingly, we do ask for a short selfie video that gives you the chance to outshine the other applicants and tell us a bit more about you (including an opportunity to share stuff that isn’t on a typical CV). A short 3-5 minutes as an unlisted, Youtube video about you, your studies, your current situation, career goals and ideal start date would be good. Also, tell us something interesting about you that is not on your CV :)

Accounting, while it is about tax, accounts and numbers, is also at its core, a people business and we are interested in you, the person, more than the standard looking CV!
