Zone Production Manager - Messer Americas : Job Details

Job Summary:

As our Zone Production Manager I, you will be accountable for ensuring that all plants operate safely, reliably, and efficiently while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual plan objectives.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-site HSE & compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, including process engineering and safety both locally and globally.
• Manage on-site plant operations and maintenance.
• Oversee on-site quality and services.
• Control on-site costs and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement EMOC change standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Experience in fast-paced operating environments with demanding customers.
• Strong analytical and execution skills.
• Proficiency in process safety as per OSHA 19.10 standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience.
• At least two (2) years of leadership experience with direct reports or in a functional leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the process industry, industrial gases, chemicals, or petroleum.
• Previous roles in Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, or Reliability are preferred.

Salary Range: $110,000 - 150,000 USD
