Operate, monitor and troubleshoot labeler, overlidders, X-ray equipment, and case/tray packaging machines. Complete machine and line change-overs. Perform and document quality inspections. Maintain adequate supply of materials. Perform inventory accuracy counts. Maintain centerline documentation. Maintain a clean working environment. Perform clean-ups for product change-overs. Perform preventative maintenance. Complete paperwork and computer inventory transactions. Correct operation and documentation of Critical Control Points (X-ray and Label scanner). Safe operation of Powered Industrial truck (Hi-lo). Use independent judgement and work well on a team.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid Michigan drivers license required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus. Previous experience operating a labeler or casepacker machine is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for long periods of time.

You will be rewarded in line with Reckitt's pay for performance philosophy. Starting pay $22/hour. The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
