Zappos is looking for a creative, innovative, organized and data-driven Social Media Coordinator to lead the scheduling, management and reporting of organic social media content. This position will work in partnership with brand marketing and the creative team collaborators to oversee the curation of social first content across Zappos's owned social channels. This role will be responsible for community management on social channels, and will surface customer learnings and opportunities from our customers on social. Key job responsibilities Plan and brief the monthly social content calendar, encompassing IG feed, stories, Threads and TikTok and produce a monthly content schedule that brings to life Zappos's seasonal brand narrative and aligns with the greater social strategy, and supports site content (brand launches, product stories, etc), marketing initiatives (brand, loyalty, int'l) and paid social opportunities.
