z/OS Administration Engineering Sr Group Manager - Director - Citi : Job Details

Team Leadership:Manage, mentor, and develop a team of z/ OS System Programmers. System Management:Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of z/ OS and other mainframe software. Including extensive experience with the IBM Security Portal and Vulnerability management Performance Tuning:Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance. Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, including software errors, hardware failures, and system crashes. Security:Implement and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and system integrity. Capacity Planning:Plan for future system needs and ensure adequate resources are available to meet business requirements.
