Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Join our team as a Nightly Shelter Staff member in our Supported Housing program! In these awake overnight roles, you'll be a beacon of hope and stability for youth aged 18-24, helping them achieve their goals and heal from past trauma.As a vital part of our shelter community, you'll support youth in everything from job and housing searches to life skills development. You'll foster a safe and engaging environment while maintaining clear communication with staff and ensuring accurate documentation.
