  • Guiding exceptional young learners to establish customized educational objectives that balance academic excellence with essential life skills development including perseverance and determination.

Youth Program Director Key ResponsibilitiesYour core mission is to energize, coach, and direct academically gifted students, empowering them to complete high school-level education by the conclusion of their 8th-grade year through individualized, groundbreaking, and accelerated learning strategies.Basic Requirements
  • Proven track record of academic distinction, such as National Merit or Presidential Scholar recognition, academic Olympiad achievements, prestigious scholarship attainment, early college enrollment experience, etc.
  • Background in student mentorship, coaching, or educational instruction
  • Skill in applying generative AI tools for individual or career advancement
  • Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements
  • Commitment to working on-site in Austin, Texas
