Youth Program Director Key ResponsibilitiesYour core mission is to embody Alpha's educational philosophy by cultivating limitless thinking among students. You'll create dynamic learning environments where boundaries dissolve, curiosity thrives, and each child discovers their unique path to excellence.Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study
  • Exceptional communication abilities with proven experience engaging and inspiring diverse audiences
  • Genuine passion for connecting with and motivating K-8 students
  • Demonstrated background in youth coaching, mentoring, or development
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Commitment to working on-site at either our Brownsville or Nassau location
  • Availability to participate in our fully-paid training program at our Austin headquarters
