\n. This position is responsible for supporting the general administration of School Age Programs for before and after school care at selected school sites. This position leads the training and orientation of all School Age Program Staff in the Region by serving at training sites. Responsibilities also include the day-to-day general administration of a program including the safety of all children, staff supervision, budgeting, expense control. income generation, program development and quality control, community relations, collaborations, long-range planning and facility maintenance. The Youth Development Program Management Director also provides direction and leadership for the achievement of Association goals in accordance with the policies, procedures and standards established by the Board.\n.
