Youth Development Program Management Director - Hernando School Age Programs - YMCA : Job Details

\n. This position is responsible for all duties necessary to support School Age Programs general administration of the programs to ensure high quality service to children, parents and support staff. This position includes supervision, budgeting, expense control, income generation, program development and quality control, community relations, collaborations, long-range planning and facility maintenance. The Youth Development Program Management Director also provides direction and leadership for the achievement of Association goals in accordance with the policies, procedures and standards established by the Board.\n.
