What you'll do: • be responsible for service delivery to students (either single or a group), in accordance with program goals and the student's individual treatment plan • encourage and teach students to engage in stewardship of their environment and themselves • plan and execute life-relevant and meaningful programming • practice 100% supervision of assigned student(s) • learn and understand the effects of trauma; medical, psychological and other risk factors • professionally document service delivery and behavior-related incidents in a timely manner • establish rapport with students while maintaining professional boundaries Must Haves: • be at least 21 yrs of age • a HS diploma or equivalency. preferred: 12 college credits in the field of human services, equivalent of 2 years of full-time experience working with children, or a combination of both Schedule: Front Half: Sunday 8a-10p, Monday 2-10p, Tuesday 2-10p, and Wednesday (hours vary based upon facility) Back Half: Wednesday (hours vary based on facility), Thursday 2-10pm, Friday 2pm-10pm, Saturday 8am-10pm or FT weekends: Friday 2-10pm, Saturday- 8am-10pm, Sunday- 8am-10pm *OPTIONS FOR FULL TIME, PART TIME and AS NEEDED*Benefits included: • Paid vacation time and sick days • Healthcare plans with dental and vision • 403(b) retirement plan • Competitive salary commensurate with education and experience (starting pay range $14-$16) • Wellness Program (includes use of fitness center) Opportunities to change student lives.
