Now Hiring: Youth Care Worker - Winston-Salem, NC $15+/hour based on education & experience | Full-time | Day and Split shifts available (7am - 7pm or 10am - 10pm) Are you passionate about helping youth build brighter futures? Join Methodist Home for Children as a Youth Care Worker at our Assessment Center in Winston-Salem. You'll be a mentor, role model, and daily support for youth ages 10-17 as they work toward positive change. What You'll Do:

• Support and guide youth during their stay
• Lead engaging activities and life skills programming
• Implement individualized service plans
• Create a safe, positive, and respectful environment
• Demonstrate strong ethics, compassion, and professionalism

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
