Yard Operations Associate 1 - HOLT CAT : Job Details

The Yard Operations Associate is responsible for safely locating, receiving, inspecting, verifying, and documenting assets in a yard environment. This position will also provide inventory counts and operate various types and sizes of equipment. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values Collaboration with key internal/external resources Ongoing self-development Completing monthly safety training Essential Functions: Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission Verify and document all assets arriving and departing the yard. Accurately stage and prep assets to fulfill incoming requests. Load and unload assets, conduct inspect procedures, fuel, and report the condition of assets per safety protocols.
