Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing**+ Operate yard loader to move and load materials efficiently.+ Maintain equipment to ensure safe and effective operations.+ Communicate with team members to coordinate material handling.+ Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs.+ Adhere to all safety protocols and site regulations.**What Are We Looking For**+ Operate a gasoline or diesel powered loader for loading materials+ Make and repair roads+ Level stripping banks and stock piles+ Perform lubrication, inspection, and preventative maintenance duties necessary to maintain the equipment in proper operating condition+ Perform miscellaneous job duties as requested.**Conditions of Employment**+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment**+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer**+ $27.07/hr+ Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pension.+ Union paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled**Req ID** JR10007194
