Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing**+ Operate a front-end loader to move materials safely and efficiently+ Maintain stockpiles and load customer trucks with accuracy+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance+ Communicate with dispatch, quality control and plant personnel to ensure high quality is maintained+ Operate haul trucks, skidsteer, skytrack ,and other mobile equipment as needed+ Perform plant maintenance, plant cleanup and other duties as required+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies**What Are We Looking For**+ Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment+ Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills**Conditions of Employment**+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment**+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer**+ $23.61 per hour+ Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension+ Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled**Req ID** JR10007328
