Yard Jockey - Primo Water Corporation : Job Details

This position is responsible for the efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned. Properly document required pre/post trip inspection of vehicles, identify vehicle defects and notify management of any quality and safety issues. Maintain cleanliness of equipment. Direct Delivery/ Customer pick up inbound traffic/assign to doors. Compile tractor/trailer list of empty bottles, products loaded, and not in use. Ensure Warehouse Team Members have trailers to unload and/or load. Reposition tractor/trailers in the yard to and from docks. Support Production Team. Transport trailers from suppliers. Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently in accordance to DOT regulations and Company Safety Policy. Provide yard, shipping, and facility clean up (5 S). Qualifications Yard truck and commercial driving experience. Experience working in a production environment, preferably in food and beverage industry.
