Primary Function
The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and strategic oversight for all aspects of the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) Test and Evaluation Analytical Services (TEAS) contract. This individual will serve as the primary POC for all communications with the Government, ensuring alignment between contract objectives, operational execution, and customer expectations. The Program Manager will represent the company in all matters related to performance, including technical discussions, compliance reporting, personnel management, subcontractor coordination, and issue resolution. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all contract deliverables, ensuring that services are delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with applicable federal regulations, quality standards, and mission requirements. This includes the management of project budgets, schedules, performance metrics, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Serving as the key liaison between Tunista and the contracting agency, the Program Manager will ensure proactive communication, transparency, and accountability throughout the contract lifecycle.

This is a on-site, fast-paced multi-tasking customer service-oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities.This position is normally 5 days a week M-F. However, weekends and after hour support may be required.
