Wrapper/ Casepacker - Express Employment : Job Details

Located in Little Chute, WI Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 /HRHours: 2-2-3, 6:00am - 6:00pm or 6:00pm - 6:00am Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 /HRDuties:

• Package and wrap finished products according to job specifications and quality standards
• Label cases accurately and ensure correct staging of completed goods in designated areas
• Assist machine operators with basic tasks such as feeding materials, removing finished goods, or helping during changeovers
• Monitor production lines for consistency and report any issues or defects to a supervisor
• Keep the workspace clean and organized while following all company safety procedures
• Learn and follow work instructions and production schedules to help meet daily goals
• Support basic machine operations as trained, with opportunities to grow into more technical responsibilities over time

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach throughout the duration of the shift
• Basic math and measuring skills helpful
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and a strong team-focused attitude
