Job Responsibilities- Provide expert care and management for wound care patients.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.- Educate patients and their families on wound care procedures and preventive techniques.- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications- Current California Nurse Practitioner license- Specialty in Wound Care- Current BLS and ACLS certification- Recent TB clearance (within the past 12 months)

Working Hours- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
