With a robust portfolio of successful projects across various sectors and a proven track record, we consistently deliver high-quality results, helping organizations enhance performance and security while embracing the future of technology.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding SupportCoordinate the onboarding process for all EHRM contractor and government personnel, including submitting and tracking required access and clearance documentation.Maintain and update the master onboarding tracker, including background investigation status, required training, systems access, and equipment delivery.Liaise with the COR, Security teams, Human Resources, and Project Managers to resolve access issues or delays.Ensure new staff complete all pre-access requirements (e.g., PIV credentialing, training, forms submission) according to VA policies.Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure consistent application across the program.Offboarding SupportCoordinate timely removal of systems access, return of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and closure of personnel records for departing staff.Ensure all offboarding activities are completed in accordance with VA security and privacy standards.Track offboarding metrics and submit periodic reports summarizing personnel transitions.Documentation and ComplianceEnsure all onboarding/offboarding documentation is securely maintained and audit-ready.Confirm that all contractor personnel comply with VA Handbook 6500.6, security awareness training, and position-specific access requirements.Support internal audits by providing access to onboarding/offboarding records and logs as requested.Process Improvement and ReportingProvide regular updates and reports to leadership regarding onboarding timelines, volume, issues, and completions.Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.Contribute to the development and refinement of SOPs and job aids related to onboarding/offboarding.Key Deliverables:A master onboarding and offboarding tracking log to monitor the status of all personnel transitions.Weekly status reports detailing onboarding and offboarding activities and progress.Updated standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure consistency in onboarding and offboarding processes.Audit-ready documentation for all active and separated personnel to support compliance and record-keeping requirements.Reports providing metrics on personnel clearance levels and system access status. Qualifications and Requirements:Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.35 years of experience supporting onboarding and personnel access coordination in a federal or government contracting environment.Knowledge of VA onboarding processes, background investigation procedures (eQIP, NACI, MBI), and federal IT security protocols is highly preferred.Familiarity with PIV credentialing, VA training systems, and contractor personnel tracking systems.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. Ability to maintain and handle sensitive information confidentially.Clearance Requirement: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Tier 2 Moderate Risk (MBI) clearance.
