As a Workforce Transformation & Skills Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to clients undergoing workforce modernization. You will help shape and deliver integrated talent and learning strategies that align with business transformation goals. This role operates across service lines and geographies, with a focus on HR technology, talent lifecycle design, and learning enablement through both custom development and alliance partnerships.

You will collaborate with client executives, alliance partners, and internal consulting teams to design scalable, tech-enabled workforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on workforce transformation strategies, including talent architecture, skills frameworks, and HR technology integration.
  • Lead the design of curated and customized learning journeys aligned to client transformation goals. Apply deep learning science and platform expertise to drive adoption and impact.
  • Collaborate with alliance partners (e.g., Pluralsight, Coursera, Viva, Workday) to embed external learning and talent solutions into client transformation programs.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by developing proposals, presentations, and reusable solution assets. Contribute to the evolution of the Workforce Transformation & Skills offering.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment between advisory strategy and implementation. Provide oversight and quality assurance for learning and talent workstreams.
  • Work across Kyndryl's consulting practices to ensure integration with broader transformation initiatives. Share best practices with internal learning and HR teams.
  • Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of workforce transformation initiatives. Use data to inform continuous improvement and client value realization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning Sciences, or related field
  • 58 years of experience in talent, learning, or workforce transformation
  • Experience in a consulting or advisory role
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with learning platforms (LMS, LXP, EX platforms) and digital learning tools
  • Familiarity with HR tech ecosystems and talent lifecycle processes
  • Ability to work across service lines and manage complex, matrixed relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a consulting or advisory role
  • Knowledge of learning science, instructional design, and skills taxonomies
  • Experience with learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and video editing (e.g., Descript, Adobe Premiere)
  • Exposure to alliance partner ecosystems and integration models
  • Proposal development and pre-sales support experience

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $110,880 to $210,600 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California: $122,040 to $252,840; Colorado: $110,880 to $210,600; New York City: $133,080 to $252,840; Washington: $122,040 to $231,720; Washington DC: $122,040 to $231,720.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
