Workforce Relations Consultant - ATLANTICARE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER : Job Details

The Workforce Relations Specialist is responsible for leading and implementing the employee relations and equal employment process at Atlanti. Care. This position is responsible for identifying specific behaviors, incidents, and consequences within employee relation and equal employment issues and for making sound recommendations. The Workforce Relations Consultant consistently demonstrates knowledge of established policies and procedures and maintains the issue resolution and grievance process. This position also reviews all disciplinary actions and assessment and evaluation tools to identify trends and developmental needs within the divisions. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Labor Relations experience preferred.
