The Workforce Planning Engineer supports the development and execution of scalable labor planning and resource optimization strategies to ensure front-line operations teams are appropriately staffed to meet business demand. This role focuses on building and maintaining workforce models, tools, and analytics that enable accurate forecasting, resource loading, and deployment planning across a national operations network. The Workforce Planning Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure labor strategies are data-driven, operationally feasible, and aligned with company goals.
