The incumbent provides technical and informational career guidance and resources on how to seek employment through job search and resume writing classes and other employment-related workshops so that job seekers have access to information and tools to secure appropriate employment and provides information to employers, so they have access to tools and information to successfully recruit and retain employees. This position also helps businesses access services available to them.This position is telework eligible. Staff are provided with the tools and equipment to be successful in a virtual work environment.
