The Workforce Development Coach and Grants Administrator works to develop, coordinate and evaluate programs that incentivize students and workers to join and stay with EAH by maintaining affiliation agreements with schools, assisting with department needs assessments and consultations, developing and teaching employee development classes, coordinating Pathways to Advancement program, overseeing after-hours scheduling and placement for Nurse Apprentices, attending recruiting events and career fairs, providing grant, scholarship and tuition reimbursement opportunities and managing the databases for each opportunity. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Associate degree Minimum Experience 2-3 years of experience in healthcare setting.
