The Workforce & Community Development Director works collaboratively across the College to identify and provide continuing education and training solutions throughout Chippewa Valley Technical College's (CVTC) 11-county district. This role plays a vital part in supporting regional economic development by aligning educational offerings with employer needs. Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to promote services to business and industry, fostering strong community partnerships, and ensuring CVTC remains responsive to workforce trends and opportunities. Responsibilities:Identify training and educational needs of employers within a designated territory of CVTC's 11-county district.
