- Workflow Design & Automation - Design and implement robust standard and custom workflows, including AI lifecycle automation, data ingestion, model deployment, and system integrations to reduce manual intervention and enhance productivity.
- Integration & Optimization - Integrate workflows with data pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes), and enterprise platforms, continuously identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with business leaders, product managers, service owners, and developers to understand technical and business requirements, align workflow needs, and support consistent deployment practices across teams.
- Compliance & Documentation - Ensure workflows meet internal standards, security protocols, and industry regulations; document technical architecture, processes, and configurations to enable shared knowledge and compliance readiness.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Stay current on AI, workflow automation, and development trends; participate in code reviews and cross-team initiatives; proactively suggest improvements and explore new methodologies.

This job also requires:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Systems Administrator, Analyst, or Developer.
- Strong technical and programming background with knowledge of process development, systems deployment, and integration practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Smartsheets, and familiarity with agile and waterfall development approaches.
- Familiarity with security standards (OAuth, JWT), AI/LLM, generative AI, automation tools, and workflow platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with healthcare, senior living, or related industries preferred.
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors.
