Location – 100% Remote

6-12+ Month Contract

Our client is looking to add a Workday Reporting / Prism Analytics Consultant to their team. This person will offer support and mentorship on standard methodologies for reporting, assisting end-users, resolving issues, and providing necessary training.

Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced reports, including creating calculated fields and maintaining dashboards, to deliver accurate data, analytics, and insights throughout the organization
• Collaborate with other team members on multi-functional projects to determine reporting requirements
• Design and develop reporting strategies to include standard operating procedures for data analysis and reporting
• Stay updated on Workday releases, trends, and standard methodologies, actively finding opportunities to optimize reporting and improve processes
• Regularly review and optimize report performance for efficiency and accuracy
• Develop Prism Analytics solutions, reports, and dashboards to align with reporting requirements
• Leverage Prism Analytics to incorporate data from other systems for comprehensive reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting and Prism Analytics
• Experience with Workday HCM functionality, configuring business processes, notifications, validations, and condition rules
• Experience going through a Prism implementation would be a big plus
• Able to multitask and perform a variety of duties
• Good knowledge of Workday security concepts, domains, security groups, and roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and an understanding of system interdependencies
• Superb communication and presentation skills, able to clearly explain complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Report Writer, Prism Analytics, or Security would be a plus

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($70-$85/hr W2). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, retirement and/or other benefits are available after a waiting period.
