TECHNAMO is a niche, young & dynamic IT service provider, VA SWaM certified, Microsoft Cloud Certified Partner, focused on providing IT Solutions & Services to government and commercial companies.

TECHNAMO is a Tier-I Contractor providing IT Services to Virginia government agencies (70+ entities) and contracted to serve state government agencies in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Delaware, and Maryland.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hands-on experience in Recruiting and Onboarding
• Experience with Greenhouse App and Workday Recruit
• Good communication skills

Workday HCM Role Responsibilities:

• Configure Business Process, Core HCM, and Security within Workday
• Conduct unit testing and support production environments
• Serve as a functional liaison between departments and HR/IT leaders
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with global and local teams for HRIS modifications
• Respond to support requests using a ticket system
• Collaborate on Workday enhancements and fixes
• Develop user procedures and documentation for change management
• Stay updated on HRMS trends
• Provide mentorship to team members
• Document processes and develop business requirements
• Identify options and influence decision-making

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience with Workday HCM modules including Global Implementation, Performance, Talent, and Compensation
• Experience with Workday EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Advanced Reports
• Preferably trained by Workday or an Implementation Partner
