Job Description : Workday PSA Lead Role Summary: s a Workday PSA Lead, you'll serve as a senior consultant responsible for implementing and configuring Workday Financials and PSA solutions for a global customer base. You'll shape solutions that meet client needs, provide expert-level guidance, and help drive successful delivery across projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Workday PSA solutions
- Build strong client relationships and manage expectations
- Provide expert consulting, mentor team members, and support capability development
- Participate in sales activities and provide estimates for new work
- Contribute to thought leadership through blogs or presentations
- Support utilization and resource planning across consulting and AMS
- Ensure delivery meets SLAs and commercial goals
- Travel as required
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Workday PS
- Strong consulting background, with experience running workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercially aware with experience managing risk and project dynamics
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Involvement in the Workday ecosystem and interest in thought leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA)
- Experience developing offerings or managing teams
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent
People Management:
- Set and review goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth
- Oversee resource planning, utilization, and participate in hiring processes
