Deloitte is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Reporting Consultant to join their US Delivery Center. This role offers the opportunity to share new ideas, collaborate on projects, and make a real impact without the extensive travel demands often associated with consulting.
The Team:
The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering focuses on providing ongoing support and operations for client technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. The team delivers continuous modernization, manages releases, and addresses incremental business changes.
Responsibilities:
Develop Workday reports (simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports)Leverage Prism Analytics to create insightful reportsDiagnose and solve complex reporting issuesDevelop reports related to accounting, finance, and budgetsUtilize EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) to efficiently import and export data within WorkdayCreate calculated fields and manipulate data to generate insightful reportsDesign and implement integrations using XSLT and Cloud ConnectEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and securityMaintain documentation of reports, integrations, and data mappingsRequired Qualifications:
3 years of experience as a Workday report developerBachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of Workday reporting tools and technologiesExperience developing reports in finance and accounting domainsAbility to diagnose and solve complex reporting issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to commute to a designated US Delivery Center location (Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA) up to 30% of the timePreferred Qualifications:
Workday certification(s) in relevant modules (Workday Integrations, Workday Prism or Workday Reporting)This role offers:
