The Skills You Bring
* 3+ years of experience in a role responsible for configuration of Workday Payroll or Benefits modules required.
* Bachelor's Degree in HR, HRIS, Technology, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
* Related HR functional experience required
* Workday Pro Payroll Certification or Partner Certification preferred.
* Workday Pro Benefits Certification or Partner Certification preferred.
* Experience in a role responsible for configuration of Workday
Absence and Time Tracking modules preferred.
* Experience leading the Payroll and/or Benefits functional workstream for a Workday implementation project preferred.
* Experience with case management systems, such as ServiceNow, including ability to triage and manage assigned cases within defined processes and service level agreements.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret requests and provide actionable insights.
* Experience with operating in alignment with an agile project management methodology, such as scrum, including experience managing sprints in Jira.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and assigned projects in an organized, thorough, and timely manner.
* Demonstrated diligence and relentless commitment to follow-through.
* Demonstrated ability to convey ideas and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences at all levels in a clear, compelling, and succinct way while applying strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
