Workday Data Conversion Developer - Mindlance : Job Details

Provide a short description of the Position: A PeopleSoft to Workday Data Conversion Developer for HCM and Finance modules is responsible for migrating data from PeopleSoft systems to Workday. Their duties include extracting, transforming, and loading data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and mapping data fields between the two systems. They collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot issues during the conversion process, and ensure seamless integration with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial modules. Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance. Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration. Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies. Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration. Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
