Title: Workday Analyst Location:New York, NY (remote) Type: Contract Our client is seeking Workday Analyst to manage and configure Workday HCM & Recruiting functional areas to meet business requirements. HRIS and Workday experience are required for this role. Candidates will need to be able to configure, design, and communicate the capabilities of Workday Questionnaires. This role will look to shape the process and mapping of Workday. This will also include projects to incorporate AI in helping with recruiting technology. This role will assist with the implementation of this project (AI scheduling, working with managers, implementing Paradox applications, entering job applications, etc.). Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS solutions with other business systems. Drives projects to enhance interoperability and data accuracy.
- Ensures delivery of timely, quality services and meets Service Level Agreements.
- Leads Workday HCM & Recruiting projects by obtaining key partner agreements, developing requirements, building and testing, preparing plans for change management and go-live, and conducting post-mortem feedback improvements.
- Partners with other Workday technology leads and business owners to ensure a strong HRIS foundation to support seamless integration of specialized technologies.
- Leverages extensive experience with Workday to manage and optimize its use within organization. Ensures that Workday and related HR systems meet organizational needs and drive value.
- Collaborates with leadership to contribute to large cross-functional initiatives and implements system solutions that enables organization to build outstanding experience and support growth.
- Troubleshoots and resolve system tickets that cannot be solved at the tier 1 level.
- Supports mass data conversions, transformations, and Workday EIBs.
- Participates in project planning, management, and execution to ensure successful delivery of Workday projects.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in HR Technology, with at least five (5) years in Workday HCM configuration.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Workday Recruiting configuration.
- Workday Questionnaire experience is preferred.
- Workday implementation experience and relevant certifications are preferred.
- Experience with writing Workday reports is preferred.
- Experience with Workday HiredScore is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong ethics and integrity.
- Strong technical aptitude and an analytical mindset with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness due to strong organizational skills.
- Ability to partner with other team members to achieve results.
