Commission based/ 1099Job Summary:We are looking to hire highly-motivated individuals to help grow our agency in the San Diego and La Quinta area. You will help grow our Allstate agency by engaging with new prospects and building strong relationships with existing customers and the community.Our team is focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, retirement, and life.Providing an amazing customer experience and being the trusted advisor customers need is how we set ourselves apart from the competition. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, absolutely no weekends! Paid Time Off and 14 paid holidays. Property and Casuality license preferred, but if you do not have your license we will give you the resources to get it! A very lucrative Commission and Base Pay.The ideal candidate is someone who has strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and is not afraid to be outgoing. This is a fast-paced office and you need to have a competitive sales drive to be successful.Responsibilities:Develop inbound leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients.Establish client relationships and follow up with prospects and customers, as needed.Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.Educate clients on insurance policies, benefits, and terms. Be a trusted advisor.Close sales and meet monthly sales targets.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.Continuously learn and develop insurance knowledge and sales skills.Experience:Proven experience in telemarketing or insurance sales is preferred.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in using insurance software or CRM systems.Relevant insurance licenses and certifications are a plus.Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially proficiency in Spanish.High school diploma or equivalent.We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
