Work Control Planner 4 - Hukariascendent : Job Details

Location: This is 100% Onsite in Los Alamos, NM.

Job Duties:

Develops and/or reviews work packages including time, material, and labor estimates, written step-by-step work instructions, procedures, and/or safety and testing requirements for the implementation and control of operations, maintenance, or modification of work activities within a given facility or area. Specific planning duties may be related to mechanical, electrical, chemical and/or radiological equipment, policies, and procedures and may also include resolving work restraints and bringing work packages to final closure.

Job Requirements:

• Clearance Level: Need to be able to Obtain Q Clearance
• Education: Bachelor's with 12 years of Direct Experience OR 20+ years of Direct Experience without Degree.
• Software Knowledge: Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Maximo Asset, X-Maximum, & Hitachi Programs.

Desired Skills:

• Building Expertise Boilers, HVACs (both JPs).
• Maintenance or Construction background (Facility Maintenance).
• Procedure Writing/Development.
• Previous Work Control Planning Manager Experience.
