WMPS and WMIS Title 1 Aide - Indiana Public Schools : Job Details

The purpose of this position is to assist students that are not performing at on -grade level academically.* Assists individual students and small groups with learning tasks as assigned by the teacher.* Takes over classes when the teacher has parent conferences, problems, emergencies, etc.* Prepares classroom materials; assists in the clean up of materials.* Monitors students at various times including cafeteria, seat work, assemblies, etc.* Assists students with make-up work.* Works with small groups providing remediation instruction* Collaborates with General Education Classroom Teachers
