Wireless Engineer

If you have 5–10 years of experience in wireless networking, especially with Aruba/HPE, and a passion for designing secure, high-performance wireless environments, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise wireless networks with a focus on Aruba/HPE solutions.
• Conduct site survey planning and generate heatmaps to optimize wireless coverage and performance.
• Implement and manage role-based authentication and Network Access Control (NAC).
• Evaluate and deploy next-generation wireless technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions into broader network and security architectures.
• Document wireless designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Aruba/HPE wireless infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Mist, and Ruckus wireless platforms
• Strong understanding of 802.11 standards, wireless security, and RF fundamentals.
• Proficiency in site survey tools (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet) and wireless planning.
• Experience with NAC solutions and role-based access control.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
