Wine Tracking Assistant - The Prisoner Wine Company - Constellation Brands : Job Details

The purpose of this position is to perform compliance and wine tracking activities associated with production operations at The Prisoner Wine Co. The Wine Tracking Assistant provides guidance and support to cross functional departments (enology, bottling/cellar operations, finance, etc.) to ensure the winery is operating within mandated compliance regulations. This position provides tracking and financial duties that include inventory management and timely government reporting. Responsibilities. Day to Day. Track and maintain real-time status of wine movements/inventory. Ensure integrity of data within reporting databases (AS 400, SAP, departmental spreadsheets)Maintain records, wine transactions, wine analysis, and compositions. Maintain bottling/barrel operations in wine systems. Prepare work orders/documents for various wine activities (pumping, movements, etc.)Daily work order processing to ensure real time checks and balances for wine production and/or wine movements.
