This position will work at both the Estate Property and the Beekeeper by Abeja tasting room in downtown Walla Walla.The Perks

What You'll Do
- Create unforgettable tasting experiences for guests and wine club members with warm, personalized service
- Lead on-site wine tastings and private experiences, ensuring seamless preparation and cleanup
- Build lasting relationships through thoughtful, professional communication by phone, email, and in person
- Share Abeja's story, history, and wines with confidence and enthusiasm, deepening guest appreciation
- Support daily operations, including tastings, wine order preparation, shipping, and inventory stocking
- Play an essential role in special events (Spring Release, Fall Celebration, holiday events, and more)
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a polished, elevated guest experience at every touchpoint
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is gracious, detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You bring a passion for wine and hospitality, a drive to exceed guest expectations, and the ability to adapt and problem-solve with professionalism and poise.
- Must be 21+ with weekend availability
- Previous winery tasting room or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of wine and winemaking; WSET or Guild Somm certification a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with guests
- Comfortable with POS systems, transactions, and multitasking
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
