Were seeking a Wine Director to lead a world-class beverage program that reflects our culinary vision, drives guest engagement, and elevates service standards. The Role Youll lead all aspects of the wine program, from curation and cellar management to team training and guest-facing service. Youll work closely with the culinary and FOH leadership teams to deliver a beverage experience that enhances the menu, supports team development, and drives guest satisfaction all while maintaining operational precision and excellence.
