Windows Engineer - Atlas Search : Job Details

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Looking for a seasoned IT leader to join my client's infrastructure team. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and support of Windows server environments, VMware, AWS, VDI, and related systems. You'll play a key role in infrastructure strategy, hybrid cloud migration, system automation, and mentoring junior staff.

What you'll do:

• Provide advanced support for Windows Server, VMware, AWS, storage, and utility systems
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions and DR plans
• Lead cloud migration efforts and drive process automation
• Act as SME for backend IT systems, participate in audits, and manage vendor relationships

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of experience with Windows systems and enterprise infrastructure
• Deep expertise in VMware, AWS, and hybrid cloud architecture
• Familiarity with SAN, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
• Strong documentation, project management, and mentoring skills
