Ideally, you will have at least 2+ years prior experience in the window industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated and enjoy working independentlySpecific Responsibilities:Install glass, mirrors, door and window hardware in replacement and new installationsEnsure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of vehicleQuote and sell flat glass and window products and services to customersAccurately measure and cut flat glass and mirrors according to specified dimensions and patternsComplete invoices, collect payments, update status, enter measurements and notes into tabletKeep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and conditionBe the smiling face of Glass Doctor, exemplifying our values and exuding the confidence of a true professionalJob Requirements:Prior experience in the replacement window and flat glass industry installing windows, hardware, insulated glass, storefronts, and/or shower enclosures is a plusAbility to measure accurately using tape measures and levelsPhysical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding, and related equipment required for installationProficiency to navigate tablet-based technologyExcellent communication skillsMore about Glass Doctor:We specialize in all things glass.
