Assembles, inspects, and packages very small components. Scoops cups onto plates, assembles cup plates to anvil plates, places in press, and lacquers primer caps. Examines product for defects, ensures quality process is followed. Adheres to all safety requirements including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE. Centerfire Cap Operator Minimum Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks. Must have flexibility to work weekends and forced overtime. Location-Specific Requirements: This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
