Wholesale Product Specialist - Sherwin-Williams : Job Details

Join our team as a Wholesale Product Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in assisting commercial paint customers with their needs. Your expertise in Sherwin-Williams products will help you recommend the right solutions, while your commitment to exceptional customer service will ensure client satisfaction. This full-time position is at Store #3525, located at 78 Minnesota Ave, St Paul 55117.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-lasting relationships with wholesale clients.
• Respond to inquiries and guide customers through product selection, both in-person and over the phone.
• Process transactions accurately, adhering to company policies and standards.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales goals consistently.
• Maintain accurate work orders and product formulas.
• Assist in stocking and organizing store displays, ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
• Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
• Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
• Stay knowledgeable about product features and improvements to better serve our customers.
• Support inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
• Experience selling paint or operating tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desirable.
