Job Title: Wholesale Customer Service- Sales Coordinator

Location: Waco, TX

Department: Sales

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to focus on providing our internal departments and customers with the highest level of service possible. This role will work closely with the in house sales team, sales representatives, sales management, operations, production and accounting to ensure that all requests are handled in a timely manner and with as much detailed information as needed. The Coordinator acts as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring that customer needs are met and that company policies and procedures are followed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned on an as-needed basis)

  • Assist in phone support, customers ordering requests and all other office related duties
  • Maximize product fulfillment on orders
  • Calling accounts to receive extensions, substitute styles, approval to pre-ship
  • Work with outside departments such as operations, accounting, production, and the warehouse
  • Entering orders
  • Order maintenance and pick ticketing
  • Issuing RAs / Returns / Markdowns
  • New account set up
  • Statusing open orders
  • Remedying order/shipping issues
  • Sample management / shipping – organize / track and pack rep and key account samples
  • Retail Marketing material organization and tracking
  • Providing excellent customer service within the USA marketplace
  • Other customer service issues/requests
  • Assist in sales meetings / trade shows
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and sales reps addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week.
  • May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on business needs.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Netsuite Experience a plus
  • Detail Oriented
  • Self-directed and Motivated

Job Type: Full-time, Hourly

Location: Sendero HQ, Non-remote

Schedule: Standard work day, Monday through Friday
