Bechtel Renewables team is to deliver the project management, engineering, procurement, construction, startup, and testing services for a utility-scale PV solar project, located near the town of Tivoli in Refugio County, Texas. When completed, the project will span more than 3400 acres and generate up to 495 M - Wdc of power from approximately 850,000 highly efficient bifacial solar modules. Job Summary: This position will be situated on project site and report to site Industrial Relations lead. #LI-TH 1 Major Responsibilities: Track and Deliver verifications of competency to qualify equipment operators to assigned equipment. Assist in delivery and followup of apprentice training requirements. Assist in delivery of new hire orientations Maintain harmonious relations with apprentice population, identifying cares and concerns that need to be addressed.
