While we absolutely love building new spaces for people to experience and enjoy, we're equally passionate about historic restoration and preservation. The John Gumm Building in St. Helens, Oregon was originally built in 1919 and served the community as a school until 1999. In 2021, the county stepped in to repurpose this landmark building as a museum and the new home for several county offices. To properly restore it, our team took on a variety of scopes, including extensive plaster work throughout the entire 30,000 SF building that carefully preserves the original interior's aesthetic while bringing it up to modern standards.: David Homer#TogetherWeBuild #JohnGummBuilding #StHelens #Oregon #Restoration
