Wellness LPN 2nd Shift - Perdue Farms : Job Details

Under the supervision of the nursing supervisor, administers necessary medical care to associates and others as required or assigned within the scope of nursing practice. Completes physical assessment sheet and reviews medical history. Records work related issues and report OSHA recordable and workers compensation cases to the nursing supervisor. Assists with medical cost management. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Administers medical care for work or non-work related injury or illness by giving first aid treatment, following appropriate algorithm, or other medical directive or accepted nursing standards and sends to physician or health care facility as appropriate. Documents information. Enters data into HR/ Payroll database and OHM (Occupational Health Management) systems. Completes necessary forms and informs nursing supervisor. Performs physicals after reviewing history information with associate.
